I ordered multiple items but only received one, what happened?
Due to the high demand for our products, we like to ship them out as soon as possible. This usually means shipping out each item individually. Because of this, they may arrive at different times. If it has been longer that the shipping time shown to you at the checkout, please contact us and we will track your order.

Why did I receive an item that I didn't order?
We almost always include a free gift that we think you will like based on what else you have purchased. We hope you enjoy! 

How do I know that I can trust this store?
Our store actually runs off of the popular eCommerce platform called Shopify, the same platform that the majority of all other online stores use. Shopify takes care of all the payment processing, and they are an extremely trustworthy company that has been around for years. In order to keep this good reputation, Shopify must hold the store owner liable to make sure their customers are satisfied. If a store has too many unhappy customers, Shopify would simply terminate that store. If you are still worried, talk to one of our 1000+ happy campers!

How can I track my order?
If you haven't already recieved your tracking information 3 days after placing your order, contact us and we will gladly help you track your order.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on what products you ordered and where you are located. Based on these factors, a calculated shipping time estimate will be shown to you at the checkout.
